How has the European Union and the European Social Fund helped our organization?

In 2015–2017, socially purposeful jobs are also reserved within the project implemented in the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme and the Employment Operational Programme. Both operational programmes are funded by the European Social Fund and the state budget of the Czech Republic.

In the period from 9 May 2016 to 31 October 2016, the project supported one socially purposeful job at Česká zbrojovka a.s. (company ID No. 46345965) with the amount of CZK 57,420, up to 85 % of which was contributed by the European Social Fund.

The supported socially purposeful jobs were focused on job seekers with increased care in employment facilitation. These mainly include applicants with long-term unemployment, higher age, disabilities, etc. Thanks to this project, they were able to find employment in various areas.

Within the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme, Česká zbrojovka a.s. received a grant from the European Social Fund and the state budget of the Czech Republic for the implementation of the following educational project:

,,ČZUB - Brod Way CZ.1.04/1.1.02/94.00329“

The main goal in the implementation of the project is: Comprehensive development of the CZUB human resources focusing on the introduction of innovative methods into the human resources system and system development of professional qualifications of employees; strengthening of strategic management in relation to market changes; strengthening of managerial skills; streamlining of sales, purchasing and marketing activities; improvement of the foreign language and computer skills of employees and provision of further professional training of workers.
The project was implemented between June 2013 and May 2015.

Professional experience for young people up to 30 years of age in the Zlín region.

This project is funded 85 % from ESF resources through the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme and 15 % from the state budget of the Czech Republic. “Development of human resources in the manufacturing industry to increase efficiency and overcome economic and financial crises” CZ.1.04/1.1.06/33.00055

The goal of the project is to focus on the efficiency of the companies involved, their financial and strategic management, productivity management using the knowledge of controlling, industrial engineering and management, establishing the stability of companies on the basis of their own personnel and their knowledge and skills. The activities of the project are focused on the development of professional competencies in the areas of: business strategy and planning in times of crisis, business performance measurement, cost management and optimization, efficient management of production – industrial engineering, management of human resources in times of crisis, liquidity, business finances and economy, sales and marketing, the role of leaders and the importance of communication in times of crisis, best practices, quality of production, necessary IT legislation, technical and technological support.

The involved employees of: Česká zbrojovka a.s.; Šroubárna Kyjov, spol. s r.o.; Impress a.s.; Greiner packaging Slušovice s.r.o.; ZÁLESÍ a.s.; Pipelife Czech s.r.o.; GRANITOL a.s.; Železárny Štěpánov, spol. s r.o.; DEL a.s.; WEBA Olomouc a.s. are divided into 4 target groups based on their job classification:

  • Top-level management
  • Middle-level management
  • Lower-level management
  • Other employees

The project was implemented between December 2009 and June 2012. It supported a total of 841 people, 24 new products were created and the number of successful graduates of the courses was 3470. THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM ESF RESOURCES THROUGH THE HUMAN RESOURCES AND EMPLOYMENT OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME AND FROM THE STATE BUDGET OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC.

“Development of the system of human resources management and professional education of CZUB employees CZ.1.04/1.1.02/35.00603”

The main objective of the project is to stimulate the human resources management system in relation to the new business programme of the company, strengthen the strategic management of CZUB in relation to market changes, strengthen managerial skills, increase the efficiency of sales, purchasing and marketing activities, provide further professional education of employees of all CZUB departments, improve the foreign language and computer skills of employees and improve the overall market competitiveness of the company by increasing employee qualifications, thus ensuring the stability of existing jobs. The project involves employees in all positions, from top-level management to blue-collar workers. Within the project, we expect to train approximately 441 course participants. The project was implemented between August 2010 and July 2012. THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM ESF RESOURCES THROUGH THE HUMAN RESOURCES AND EMPLOYMENT OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME AND FROM THE STATE BUDGET OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC.
