Česká zbrojovka is a Proud Partner of Festival vědy

Česká zbrojovka a. s. supported Festival vědy (Science Festival), which is a traditional event organized by universities UCT Prague and CTU in Prague, the Czech Academy of Sciences and the Prague Youth Centre. This year of the festival, called Věda v profesích (Science in Professions), was held on 4 September 2019 in Prague.

 High schools and universities as well as other institutions, such as the Police of the Czech Republic, Fire Rescue Brigade or EMS Prague, presented themselves at more than 100 posts. Česká zbrojovka presented employment possibilities with the motto “from students to professionals”. At the first post, visitors could try artistic engraving under the supervision of students of this field from the COPT Uherský Brod high school. The second post showed 3D printing technologies and methods of MIM (Metal Injection Moulding) in production. At the laser shooting range, visitors could try shooting at a moving target.

 This enabled Česká zbrojovka to raise awareness of the opportunities for students and graduates in the company and of the company itself. The festival was once again enriched with a new and attractive exhibitor.
