A Day with the Czech Shooting Sports Foundation

We have prepared „A Day with the Czech Shooting Sports Foundation“ in a beautiful surroundings of the Salas shooting range. This event was designed to introduce the Czech Shooting Sports Foundation to invited guests and to get visitors acquainted with purpose and objectives of this organization.

The opening held by the Chairman of the Management Board of the Czech Shooting Sports Foundation Ing. Britaňák was followed by programme prepared for our guests. The part of the programme was an exhibition of shooters and coaches of Kometa Brno Sports Club (such as of Mr.Hondl, Mr. Hilšer …) and shooter in the IPSC shooting Mr. Kameníček.

The programme was held in an informal manner. For guests we have organized a shooting competition in the skeet discipline, where they had the opportunity to test their shooting skills. Parallel to the competition there was a presentation of firearms made by Česká zbrojovka a.s. and ZBROJOVKA BRNO s.r.o. Some of these companies’ products were then awarded as prizes for the shooting competition winners.

The weather was really marvellous as if made to order. The event can be clearly regarded as successful and also according to the guests’ statements and observations this event was evaluated as an excellent diversification in their labour-intensive days. For the above reasons the Czech Shooting Sports Foundation is considering inclusion of “A Day with the Czech Shooting Sports Foundation“ into its calendar schedule and regularly repeat such events at least once in a year.
