Two shooters of the Team CZ Shooting overpowered Argentina

Great news just came from Argentina, where in the early hours of Tuesday morning of CET the results of Latin American Championship Argentina 2010 were announced concerning practical pistol shooting in accordance with IPSC rules. The winners of their respective Divisions were shooters of the Team CZ Shooting. Martin Kameníček won "Open Division" and Slovak Marian Vyšný "Production Division". Championship included all five divisions under rules of IPSC, these individual divisions are Open, Standard, Modified, Production and Revolver. This is en enormous achievement of Martin Kameníček, who, after bronze medal at the European Championship in Belgrade now won a gold medal at the Latin American Championship.

The Latin America Championship was held in Buenos Aires from 8th to 11th October 2010. The shooters of the Team CZ Shooting were throughout this championship the focus of great attention in Argentine media. The main sponsor of this championship, the Argentine company Baraldo, even arranged a press conference specifically for just two shooters of the Team CZ Shooting. During the press conference the journalist were interested to get to know details both of the CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow, and the CZ 75 TS Czechmate and CZ 75 TS, but also about training methods carried out by our shooters, as well as information about Martin Kameníček a Marian Vyšný personalities.

Successful campaign of Martin Kameníček is not necessarily at its end. Immediately after his return from Argentina he flies on Thursday 14th October together with other shooters of the Team CZ Shooting, that is Miroslav Zapletal, Serb Ljubiša Momčilovič, Slovak Andrej Hrnčiarik and with Manager of the Team CZ Shooting Milan Trkulja to Malaysia’s Johor Bahru, where they will participate at the AustralAsia Handgun Championship in the practical pistol shooting. In Johor Bahru is Martin Kameníček expected to won another medal, this time maybe even with the highest lustre.

International shooting season covering the year 2010 of the Team CZ Shooting closes in November in New Zealand, where two shooters of this shooting programme will go for the International Championship in New Zealand. Flying to this country will be Petr Pijáček, shooter of the "Open Division", and Miroslav Zapletal, competing in the "Production Division".
