Hello Sherri, could you tell us something about you, how long you work for CZ-USA, what is your position and why you have chosen CZ?
I have been the National Sales Manager for CZ-USA for 10 years now and CZ-USA is like my second family. I chose CZ-USA because I love to interact with people and I believe in the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution- The right to keep and bear arms.
How would you describe your typical customer?
CZ-USA Typical Customer has done the research and has chosen CZ firearms by word of mouth or by articles written in shooting magazines.
And how many partners in USA do you have?
CZ-USA has teamed up with many partners in the USA from our Distributors, Dealers and many different wildlife organizations and firearm industry vendors.
How was the Shot Show? Is it the most important show for you or do you have another important exhibitions during the year?
The Shot Show is definitely the biggest and a important show. We have many important shows through the year. NRA being the consumer show which is very important to CZUB/CZ-USA and also many distributor shows which gives us more time to speak to dealers.

How many "sales reps" do you have and which region is the most successful?
We have 25 sales Representatives in the field in the United States. It would be hard to guess which region is the most successful because we still have so much room to grow in every state. CZ-USA is just now starting to be more recognized to consumers. We still have much work to do to get the CZ name better known.
Some people may think CZ-USA is a retailer, could you briefly explain how you work?
CZ-USA is the Daughter Company of CZUB. We receive the merchandise from CZUB and then distribute it to the Distributors which in turn sell it to Dealers that then sell to retail consumers. We also have a dealer direct program which the dealers buy directly from us and then in return they sell to the retail consumer.

What are your bestsellers, what is the most popular from your portfolio?
The most popular products would be the CZ 452 line and hopefully soon the CZ 455 line. In the handguns it would be the CZ 75B or the P-07 Duty.

How big is Kansas City and is it the place to live?
Kansas City metro area is the second largest city in Missouri with an estimated 2 Million people. Kansas City, Kansas and Kansas City Missouri are divided by the Missouri River. Kansas City would probably be a culture shock if you were from Uhersky Brod. Kansas City is a wonderful place to be if you are in the right area. We have Jazz districts and the Power and Light district which has many restaurants and many entertainment spots. You would never run out of things to do in Kansas City. Kansas City also has the best Barbeque Spots in the United States.

Would you change your hometown? Could you live in Uhersky Brod?
I could not change my hometown only because of my family. Otherwise Uhersky brod is a beautiful place.
Have you seen the factory? What was your first feeling and what is your opinion now?
I have been to the factory 3 times and I think the factory is magnificent. My first feeling is that I was stepping on history and such enormous facility and such great craftsmanship from all the workers. I love to travel to the factory.
