CZUB Shooters Ruled at the Shooting Range of Dynamo Mytishchi

Olympic shooting range of Dynamo Mytishchi (Moscow Region) at the end of the last week saw more successes of shooters from the CZUB´s shooting program. Not missing there was also a complete team of the CZ Alliance Russia. Overall number of shooters at this event was 400 coming from 7 countries (Russia, Czechia, USA, Slovakia, Serbia, France and Kazakhstan). Moreover for the foreign visitors of Russian Federation, the Team CZ Shooting wrote a history record when its members were the first to be capable to take with them into Russia its own firearms and ammunition (although the process was very slow and very bureaucratic).

The shooters of arms factory located in the town of Uherský Brod together with shooters of the Team CZ Alliance Russia dominated at the starting field. The good results were achieved also by the USA representative, Mr. Frank Garcia.
Demanding shooting situations, very well tested shooters and their handguns before World Shoot which will be held at the beginning of October 2011 at the Greek island of Rhodos. It is not without interest that 80 percent of participants were using the CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow pistols and their variants.
From possible five IPSC divisions the four were shot (Production, Standard, Modified and Open). And in all of them – with the exception of the Modified Division – the shooters from the CZUB shooting program were successful. Mr. Miroslav Zapletal won the Production Division, in the Standard Division victory belonged to Petr Znamenáček. And Martin Kameníček was the first in the Open Division. The shooters from Uherský Brod were doing very well also at the team competitions.

The nice weather was often changed to the rainy one, but it had no effect on the course of the race, because most of the Olympic shooting complex is under roof. It is also interesting to note that since the Moscow Olympic Games in 1980 these shooting premises were virtually not used.
