A part of the hockey representation team, which won the bronze medal for the Czech Republic at this year’s Ice Hockey World Championship in Bratislava, has once again come to Southern Moravia after one year.
Within the scope of their extensive programme, the hockey players also visited the Salaš shooting range. Here our almost national heroes had another chance to test their shooting skills, however, this time they exchanged their hockey sticks for top notchBrno Competition sports shotguns made by Česká Zbrojovka a.s. Sports shooter Ivo Hilšer, fired himself 6th place at the World Cup in China, with a shotgun from the Uherský Brod armoury.
The hockey players tried out shooting in TRAP and SKEET disciplines, and the most enthusiastic shooters even tried out one show moving target – the running hare. After one year, it is again clear that professional athletes learn new sports disciplines quickly and if they also have excellent sports weapons for it, then it doesn’t take long for results to show. Brno Competition shotguns really sat well with our “golden” boys, which was mainly apparent in the speed with which the number of successfully aimed shots improved.
