Česká zbrojovka presented itself for the first time this year in the Czech Republic, at the 11th fair IDET 2011 in Brno. The company presented the complete range of its products of the CZ brand.
Service and tactical pistols CZ 75 P-07 DUTY, CZ 75 SP-01 Phantom, CZ 75 SP-01 TACTICAL, CZ 75 D COMPACT, and CZ 2075 RAMI were exhibited at the company’s stand. The visitors of the well-attended stand could take a view of the weapons of the category PDW – CZ SCORPION EVO 3 A1, variable weapon systems CZ 805 BREN A1 and A2, sniper rifle CZ 750 S1 M1– military pack, and under-barrel grenade launcher CZ 805 G1. And one of those weapons – CZ Scorpion EVO 3 A1 – won the prestigious IDET News Gold Prize awarded by an international panel.
The stand of Česká zbrojovka was visited not only by domestic visitors, including the members of the armed forces of the Czech Republic, but also by foreign guests. Lubomír Kovařík, General Director of Česká zbrojovka, welcomed there also Ľubomír Galko, Minister of Defence of the Slovak Republic, who was interested in the assault rifle CZ 805 BREN and the submachine gun CZ Scorpion EVO 3 A1.
During the trade fair, the negotiations between the representatives of Česká zbrojovka with the company Lucznik Radom, a Polish arms manufacturer, were finalised and a cooperation agreement was signed.
The presentation of Česká zbrojovka at IDET 2011 also included the autograph show of Renata Langmannová, the face of the company, and the competition for four pistols CZ 75 P-07 DUTY attracting the enthusiastic interest of visitors.

369 companies from 26 countries of three continents participated in this year’s trade fair. 548 companies from 27 countries presented themselves within the string of trade fairs (IDET, PYROS/ISET). 27,000 visitors came to the Brno Exhibition Centre Brno, of which the majority were registered experts. More than 1,300 experts from 34 countries also came.
