Great achivements of the czech shooters 7th Cracow Open 2010

Weather of this year’s summer not only tampers with Czech, Moravian and Polish municipalities. Extremely high temperatures or torrential rainfalls badly affect also competitions of practical pistol shooting. Most recently we have seen this at the 7th Cracow Open 2010, which was attended by shooters coming from 18 European countries, including members of Team CZ Shooting from Uherský Brod.

Owing to torrential rains falling before the actual competition there was only 12 stages, a reduction from 16 initially planned – for the reason that four stages were flooded. The competition itself took place under extremely tropical weather which severely tested both shooters and handguns shortly before the European Championship starting in less than a month in Beograd, Serbia.

In a beautiful surroundings of the TWIERDZA shooting range within premises of old Cracow fortress in Zielonky where shooters and handguns of Team CZ Shooting really excel and totally dominated the whole race. The handguns of Česká zbrojovka a.s. Uherský Brod, which was one of the main sponsors of this prestigious competition, clearly prevailed, when more than 50 percent of shooters used products made by CZUB.
