Team CZ Shooting occupied the Slovak Championship 2009 in practical shooting (held according to the rules of IPSC), when it collected gold metals in all three divisions where its representatives competed. Robin Šebo won the OPEN Division (the CZ 75 TS Czechmate pistol), Marian Vyšný won the PRODUCTION Division (the CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow) and György Batki took with himself to Hungary gold medal for winning the STANDARD Division (the CZ 75 TS pistol). Additionally, Miroslav Zapletal secured the third place thus winning the bronze medal in the PRODUCTION Division (the CZ 75 SP -01 Shadow pistol).
Traditional race held in Komárno was again opened to international shooting community and besides national shooters from Slovakia there were also representatives from the Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary. The competitors had to face 12 demanding shooting situations requiring at least 200 shots.
A positive surprise of this year’s season is until now the shooter of Česká zbrojovka, Robin Šebo, who in his junior age achieves high-quality results thus proving why he came in for attention of Mr. Milan Trkulja, the Team CZ Shooting manager. Mr. Trkulja offered to this shooter a contract effective till the end of the 2009 shooting season, and this young shooter reciprocates his manager with good results and constantly stable performance.
International practical shooting races as per the rules of IPSC are now transferring to Belgrade, Serbia where in the days of 03 – 06.09. 2009 will be held IV.
