Česká zbrojovka has taken another helpful step towards its customers, in effect since 1st January 2012. The first certified service centre has launched its operations in Rakovnik, within the scope of the GOLD network of stores. In terms of scope and specialisation, it is the only place apart from the manufacturing plant of Česká zbrojovka.
The fact that certified and experienced gunsmiths work at Robert Procházka’s company has made it possible to open the service centre here. Thus the centre will be able to solve cases which previously had to be dealt with by the manufacturing plant. Moreover, customers should benefit from faster and better quality repairs and services of weapons, and the same applies to resolving any arising complaints.
The centre operated by Robert Procházka - TERČ spol. s r.o., is located in Rakovnik, on V Jamce 79 Street, Czech Republic.
The Rakovnik service centre covers West Bohemia and a part of Central Bohemia. During the year (the second half is anticipated), 2 to 3 more centres of the same scope should be added to other regions.
