The Česká zbrojovka a.s. company has been this year rated as the 4th most admired company in the Czech Republic in the machine engineering category (excluding automotive). The company received this award at the 12th year of the prestigious contest „100 Most Admired Companies of the Czech Republic 2010“, this annual event is organized by the association called the Czech TOP 100.
„This award gives a clear evidence that Česká zbrojovka a.s. moves in the right direction“, said in response to this appraisal the General Manager of Česká zbrojovka a.s. Ing. Lubomír Kovařík, adding: „In the recent years we have seen Zbrojovka succeeding not only commercially, but there are also great results achieved at our development workplace, which helped, in an unprecedented short period of time to alter the armaments programme intended for armed forces. Česká zbrojovka today, thanks to the large-scale investment into research and development disposes the state-of-the-art weapons designed for regular as well as specialized units of police and army. Credit for where we have moved in such a short period of time goes to all of our employees. Therefore, I would like to express my thanks to all of them, right on this occasion, for our common success”.
