The automotive industry includes activities such as machining, stamping, degreasing and control of production. All of these activities possess certificates. The aircraft industry is involved in production of gear-units for motors and gear wheels, further there are tool works involved in sharpening and in production of cutting tools, gauges, fixtures and moulds. As the surface finishes are concerned we make blueing, phosphating, chromium-plating, nickel-plating and painting. Among heat treatment operations we do hardening, carburising, annealing and blasting.

Phosphating is a chemical process by which a layer of phosphates is created on a clean metal surface. The resulting coating is electrically non-conductive, insoluble in water or in organic solvents and has good adhesion to the basic metal.
