Česká zbrojovka a.s. manufactures and supplies to its customers engineering products, parts and assemblies designed mainly for aircraft and automotive industries. The automotive industry includes activities such as machining, stamping, degreasing and control of production. All of these activities possess certificates. The aircraft industry is involved in production of gear-units for motors and gear wheels, further there are tool works involved in sharpening and in production of cutting tools, gauges, fixtures and moulds. As the surface finishes are concerned we make blueing, phosphating, chromium-plating, nickel-plating and painting. Among heat treatment operations we do hardening, carburising, annealing and blasting.
Hardening Carburising Annealing Blasting
Creates a very hard and abrasion-resistant coating with high corrosion resistance. The coating has a low friction coefficient and thereby provides the component with outstanding characteristics in terms of abrasion or wear and tear. Thickness of layers is between one to hundreds of micrometers. It is not suitable for items that are to be exposed to high contact pressure in a restricted space because in this case gradual scaling would take place.
