Česká zbrojovka a.s. manufactures and supplies to its customers engineering products, parts and assemblies designed mainly for aircraft and automotive industries. The automotive industry includes activities such as machining, stamping, degreasing and control of production. All of these activities possess certificates. The aircraft industry is involved in production of gear-units for motors and gear wheels, further there are tool works involved in sharpening and in production of cutting tools, gauges, fixtures and moulds. As the surface finishes are concerned we make blueing, phosphating, chromium-plating, nickel-plating and painting. Among heat treatment operations we do hardening, carburising, annealing and blasting.

Blasting is used for surface cleaning, the removal of rust and old paint, roughening and unification of the surface.
For the blasting we use glass beads, corundum, grit cast iron, steel and stainless steel balls. We have available either manual sanding (glass beads, iron, corundum), sanding in a drum (cast iron) or blasting with steel balls in a drum. We are focused on smaller parts (weight of up to 2 kg, dimensions up to 250 x 250 mm; larger parts should always be discussed in advance).
