Production capabilities

Česká zbrojovka a.s. manufactures and supplies to its customers engineering products, parts and assemblies designed mainly for aircraft and automotive industries. The automotive industry includes activities such as machining, stamping, degreasing and control of production. All of these activities possess certificates. The aircraft industry is involved in production of gear-units for motors and gear wheels, further there are tool works involved in sharpening and in production of cutting tools, gauges, fixtures and moulds. As the surface finishes are concerned we make blueing, phosphating, chromium-plating, nickel-plating and painting. Among heat treatment operations we do hardening, carburising, annealing and blasting.

Degreasing

We are able to provide for degreasing of parts as required by the customer. Our equipment comprises of a chamber spray machine DC3 / OSK – made by SUMMA Šumperk.

Technology:

  • the machine utilises the principle of pressure spraying, rinsing and subsequent drying
  • the cycle runs within an automatic mode controlled by an electronic unit
