Česká zbrojovka a.s. has been bound with the forty-years tradition in manufacturing and assembly of gearboxes fitted to the Walter M601 aircraft engine and any of its any modifications. The quality and level of engineering of these products has been assured by appropriate staffing with selection of duly qualified employees and engineering.

Manufacturing of Precision Engineering Parts

This process includes the technology of metal cutting of rotary and non-rotating parts with the option for final surface finishing by means of grinding to achieve the desired level of machining and precision.

Welding

This process includes the technology for development of fine weldments using the TIG method.

Monitoring of particular processes and maintenance of the measuring equipment have been preserved in conformance with the instructions set forth in the Quality Manual (QM) processed in compliance with requirements of the relevant standard.
